Yeah of course you have to get your PH lowered by adding more CO2.. maybe you can try hooking up a 2 liter soda bottle with the Hagen reactor to the Hagen diffuser, instead of buying another kit

according to your KH 125.3 which is equal to 7 degrees and with a PH of 7.6 you only have 5.275ppm of CO2 in your tank which is very low. You need to add enough CO2 to get a PH reading of about 7.2-7 this will be equal to about 12-22ppm of CO2 which will be good for your tank

I have 1 Hagen power glo on my 30 Gal tank, I also have 1 hagen aqua glo and 2 GE aquarays.. As I know the power glos are good for fresh water tank even thought they are 18000K as well as the aqua glos.. But I am not sure if they will solve your yellow tint issue.. i will check mine tonight...

According to what I read the best bulbs out there now are the GE Aquarays Fresh/Saltwater I have 2 of them on my 30 Gal and 2 Hagen bulbs (aqua glo and power glo) and they seem to be working good.. I am getting some pearling but I need more CO2.. I think the GE bulbs work great
