:/ What fish have you got in the tank, and what temp is the water at. you can try turning up the heat a bit and see if that does the trick. as i have got three clown loach in my tank which always got white shot till i turned the heat up a bit. hope this is a help to you.

can anyone help 1 of my clown loach seems to have lost its colour, the rest are still bright in colour. but one as faded its black looks grey, but still looks healthy.
