mine dont do it on the way to the surface. he sits happily along the bottom trumping away and will stay in the same spot for awhile before swimming off (hoplo's are a large catfish fish :) )

i have two sailfin pleco's living in my 5ft fish tank. when they are on the glass or the bridge they look a nice dark colour but when they are on the sand they seem to go a very light brown with a hint of pink. is this normal?

i just got this catfish from a friend who was getting rid of all her fish. he is currently 5-6 inches long and she cant remember what type of catfish he is. also he has lost one of whisker things. do they grow back? haha the orange guppy just above him shows u how big the catfish really is lol

hi. one of my 5 pepper catfish was looking rather fat so i decided to move them all to a smaller tank hoping she would lay eggs. the problem is she has laid eggs in the net while transfering them. what should i do? leave the net in the tank with them, or carefully detatch them from the net...
