Is there any harm done in too powerful of a heater?

Hey, I want to get a Hydor in-line heater to use with my Eheim 2215 canister filter with my 26 gallon tank. However, the lowest wattage on a hydor heater I've seen is 200w. Is this too powerful for my 26g tank?
