Mine is Honey Dwarf gourami not Honey gourami. That’s why I am suspecting it could be DG disease.

As far as I can see, the scales look fine and are NOT sticking out. It’s just the unusual abdominal swelling and redness near eyes. Reading on internet, it seems like the symptoms are more like DG iridovirus. What do you think? I will try live or frozen food. Thanks!
