Platy’s- when I was starting out I got some in a few colors. Little did I know that eventually I’d have 50 of them in a 40 gallon because they are just water rabbits. ? ended up giving them to a pet store and never looking back on livebearers.

Make sure your tank isn’t near a window (natural light). They do sell a liquid solution to clear up algae clouds. In the meantime, it doesn’t hurt to buy algae wafers for your oto if you take too much algae out.
