What is the proper way to clean my filter without loosing the bacteria? Do i just clean all the stuff in a bucket of aquarium water? Or will my gravel hold enough bacteria that the filter dosent matter? I have a fluva 304 and have these in it...

Yeah. I found some Blue Rams. I think im going with 8 of them and 3 corys and 1 red tail shark to clean the algae. Im also going to stack some slate at the rear of the tank and get some low grases for more ground cover. Would that work?
