Or if you mean bubbles at the top of the tank which form under the glass, get a algae magnet, then you can use that to move the air to the hole and they will vanish

Yeah I had the same problem, is your tank filled right up? of so and is still making bubbles have you tried turning the flow down to the left so the water rate slows down?
Mine still has a few bubbles now and then but the fish like them anyway so I'm not too bothered about it to be honest
