omg colchester, haha maybe it will help you then, thats amazing, its a large building next to the garden centre and has loads of interisting fish there, they have loads of marine tanks along with many tropical and coldwater, i wouldnt say they have the most HIGH QUALITY tanks, but you cant be to picky i guess

not to sound like some weirdo but... where do you live, cos otherwise im just going to be telling you a place which you dont know, shrimp are rather hard to come by, i went to over four other shops before finding one that stocked them and even then it was only because someones tank had burst and they sold them to the shop
