nice scorpion.

although. out here in arizona, their pests(not the emperors) but you get the point.

are you feeding it live crickets?

i just bought it a couple hours ago, but i will be feeding it crickets and the occasional pinkie mouse and whatever else i read about

Lovely, saw some at our lfs, was seriously thinking about getting 2 or 3, but as we are hopefully moving soon decided to wait for a bit. enjoy, it's gorgeous.

Nice emperor. canoechiq - if you pick them up by the tail from behind and keep your fingers out the way it makes it very hard for them to strike you.
You should ask the people you bought it from the sex it for you or find some pictures on the net to find out. I'm really crap at sexing scorpions... they all look female to me whenever I try .
