My First African Tank

Here is my mbuna tank:

All of my rocks are resting on the back of the tank. Tis better to start that way than to have piles in the middle then risk the piles falling and smashing against your glass. Mine took no time to setup at all. Tocks were randomly placed in there...as long as they sat nicely on top of the one below I didn't relly care.

yeah, that is one thing I was worried about - building it up and them falling backwards or forwards and smashing into the glass. I dont think I want 55 gal of water on my carpet~! The rocks I have now are real sturdy and I doubt they will fall over the way they are. I might just leave it as is instead of trying to build it higher. Who makes that background that you are using, if you dont mind me asking??

couldn't resist :p

Ha! My tank has changed!
I took out the bubler as I thought the cord just looked ugly.
Right now the water leavel is full, just because tanks that have space between the top and the top of the water bug me.
the center rock is now twisted sidways, to make a little off-balenceness.

here is my tank the fist pic is old the second is newer
