yup we are definatly very lucky.. got it through james's family! but we moving out soon, we're paying half rent, and the landlord could make a lot more off the place, besides we said we'd only be here for a year!

also need to move, coz we can't fit the 170 gal tank in the lounge.. well we could but the ppl in the flat below might not like having a tank in their living room!!
