I posted this earlier on the livebearer section, I was asked to post here:
I have a male and female creamsicle molly in a 2 gallon tank. I perform weekly to bi-weekly water changes of 25%. I also keep 1 tsp of salt per the 2 gallons of water. Yesterday I noticed the female having a pinking hue to her right face and a hazy eye. She has been eating fine. I thought it may be some kind of fungus. Any help would be appreciated. I do have some pictures, not great, but I didn't see how I could post them. This is my first post here. Thanks.

I was told the tank was too small, especially for "active" livebearers, and was asked about water specs:

Thanks for the info. I didn't think about the breeding. But he does chase her quite often. This is a tank in my daughter's room. I have a 29 with swordtails in it. Will probably move them there. However, I still need to figure out what she has. Yes it is a cloudy eye. The tank is a marineland with a small eclipse filter and biowheel. Works pretty well for "small" situations in my opinion. However, these fish may be too active for this type of tank, I would agree. Have some small danios in one of my others, probably transplant them for her. Some stats:
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
PH 7.8
Nitrate - Oh my, why didn't I see this before 40-80. My bad. Will have to perform more water changes until I move them.

Any info on what she might have, and what to do would be appreciated. Thanks.

Bless her, cloudy eye is a symptom of a desease so there is definately something going on is it fluffy looking on the head as columnaris can show in a pinky colour, also has she been flicking and rubbing on objects.

This looks liek my fish a few weeks ago. I determined ick. I treated with Rid Ich and raised my temps to around 82 and it took three weeks to rid the tank of whatevver it was But the rid ich did do the trick I lost three fish and they looked like your fish. It started around the eye and head area then covered thier porr bodies. By the time that happened it was too late for mine. I know have a wonderful tank and noone is exhibiting any signs of the ich. I did many water changes even had a mini cycle happen but i think that is what made it alright. I vaccummed alot liek every day to get the larvae on the gravel. I hope you find your problem I am not sure but can only tell you that yours look like mine did.
