Well my 4 way divided 54L tank has a new addition! A young man called Birch!!

He's real feisty and energetic! There is a Red VT next to him, and Birch had built a bubblenest within an hour of being introduced! He's quite into chilling on a surface leaf of the java fern I have in each section!

2 new males coming at the end of the week from Bettaman...cant wait!

He might be feisty, but he obvioulsy lacks brains!
Just gone down to see him, and he's wedged himself alongside side the little filter I have in his compartment...looking a little red on his head now

He's cute..and such long ventrals...very cool.

If his head was slightly red to begin with, and you just got him...he is probably what some call a Koi Head..I had one that was white that had that too.
