what kind of pleco am i?

Appears to be a rubber nose pleco/Rubber Lips pleco. Also called a Bull Dog pleco.

Indeed it does! They are very good algae eaters and generally grow to 5-6". They are quite inactive compared to some plecs, but people have had success in getting it to scavange during the day by getting into a good feeding pattern.

Looks very similar to the L200 sold at my LFS. The-Wolf has one. Wonder what he thinks?

but if you re-read my post I did write that I had realised my mistake, but could not be bothered to delete it.
It does look a little like an L200. At first glance that was my first thought too until I looked closer. True story.
