As requested by xxSarahxx, I'm attempting to start a thread of members artworks of fish. Please, post your work for our enjoyment! :)

Here's mine. I'm a children's illustrator, and this is the front of my promo card. Just some generic fish that look more like goldfish crackers than any real fish that I've ever seen. Enjoy!

And here's the same piece, altered to fit into my square at the 2005 Sidewalk Arts Festival in Savannah, GA. Don't mind the leaves and the wet spots.

This is a paiting of my beloved Aristotle I did a while ago... don't mind the flash, the canvas was too big to fit on my scanner. I've been told it looks like oil paint, but it's actually watercolour and Bombay ink on canvas. I'm useless with oil paint :X

WOW! Those are great drawings....now I want to draw a more realistic betta. Next week...when I have time :)
 
I've got a betta I did a Few Years Ago.

I'll Need to Search thru the other HD to find it.
 
Thanks brookelea. Was going to start a thread until I spotted you already had!!
I'll post my fish-work next week sometime when my scanner is up and running!!
I mainly draw fantasy type stuff (such as the work of Amy Brown and Josephine Wall - I would REALLY recommend EVERYONE to look at their websites (just google them!) but occasionally see my fish posing and memorise it and draw it or just doodle, or add the fish into my other works.
I'll post next week sometime...if I don't hassle me until I do!
 
wow great pics makes my one look crap lol this is a sketch of plakat spawning embrass, hope you can see it as its not in colour

Here are a couple that I have here in Sweden with me. I wish I had all my other ones back in Australia :/ I drew these awhile ago. I haven't really drawn much since I came to Sweden 2 years ago.

in honour of the prefered container used by breeders for keeping large quantitys of plakat in thailand. the whiskey is "mehkong" by the way :D
