pic of my tests attached before a water change yesterday

fish are now swimming about like they were in the shop

shop also sold me some Lithaqua to add to the water. I'll trust them as they are the local koi expert

Be sure to keep up with the daily water changes until the ammonia and nitrite are both zero. I've never heard of Lithaqua before. I searched for it on google, and it seems like it is soemthing to enrich your water (add minerals, stabilize the ph).
 
I coulndt help but see you said you have Rainbowsharks? How many in the tank you have? I have one of my own whos about 3in long! Flintstone kid strong! And growing!

off topic a little with the above. I have one about 1" long.

back on topic all fish in tank are very happy and biggest change I notice are the fish are very lively now just like when viewed in shop and there colours have come back.
