hey there ! whats up everybody ! im just got my nano tank from having it custom built i have everything ready except for the foam undersupport and the extension cord for my lights and hob filter its a 8X8X8 cube hope you guys have tips for me

Sounds good. What lighting you got? Remember the WPG rule goes out of the window with small tanks.

Stocking wise - shrimps are interesting. You could keep it real simple and have a nice small bit of bogwood covered in moss.

yup, i think at the most with that lamp i will be able to pack in around 23 watts i think ? the tank is 8X8X8 so thats roughly 2.2 gallons

im gonna tie the anubias nana i got yesterday for a super discounter price of P100 or .... $1.8 and im gonna be putting in a few mats of riccia, a few stems of rotala rotundifolia or stargrass and some dwarf sag o ya shrimp only tank maybe im gonna use it as a shrimp factory

got the tank up and running wish me guys good luck ! im gonna be trying to pump c02 into the tank using a small soda bottle tom hehe

What a cute little tank, would look great in an office or somewhere like that, very nice......good luck with it..........it should look excellent when it fills in.

ya hope it fills in good im gonna be adding a plant here and there from the cuttings i get from my main tank everyweek to slowly fill the tank up with plants but step by step hehe thanks

well i decided to redo the nano tank, removed the riccia (because my rams always pulls it up) replaced the 16 watt old lamp with a 23 watt new lamp, remade the substrate (placed a layer of sera floredepot) added a neat dritwood and java moss, added braz microsword ( i dont think this plant is gonna do well but im still trying it out until i can get glosso and hairgrass) made a little DIY co2 bell to inject minimal c02 into the tank (lol)

so tell me what you guys think
