went to my lfs as i wanted to gte some new females, anyways i get there and i was so happy they had some old stock still there and im almost 100% sure they are half giants or even giants they are 5 cm is that a giant?
and ways i have 2 doubletail females and one halfmoon or plakat
2 are multis a real mix up of colours and one is a mustards gas will be posting pics tomorrow when i have baught some rechargeable bats
there are beaten up abit but im sure they will heal fine
 
just had enough bat time to get 2 pics of 2 of the females
mustard gass female coming tomorrow

Congrats on your new bettas :) , just add some melafix or aquarium salt(if you don't have any salt intolerant fish with your females) to their water and it will help aid the healing of any wounds they have and help prevent secondary infection from setting in :thumbs: .
 
ive added some fin clear for damage fins this is very ive used it alot after spawnings.
they are in there own tanks
 
if you unsure these are giants that i have just come in from thailand...

Wow, those giants are lovely! :wub: I really want some of those but im assuming they take a bit more looking after than normal bettas, and i haven't got a clue about them! :lol: Shall have to wait i think :rolleyes:
 
thanks bettaman how big are they in cm?
i know they need ALOT more food than normal bettas normaly mine only need 4 good size bloodworms and they have nice round bellys but these guys need double b4 they get a nice round belly.

they mustard gas has to be some sort of good breed as her tail has like 6+ splits from one ray
one ray splits in to 2 then in to 6 other 6+.
im kinda thinking so isnt a mustard gass but a chocolate blue
