Back in June I had a serious outbreak of this and I appologise for reposting this pic to all algae-phobics or other people who have had this problem.
Algae-phobics please cover eyes!!

Anyway, reduced hours of lighting and used protolon 707. This is the same tank during treatment.

Cheers everyone, the plants have had it I'm afraid but at least the fish seem ok. Just have to get lots of new plants.
