Yesturday buying my female betta there were like 10 in all their little cups. Two out of the ten had a bigger abdomin and the rest were just straight slim. Im gonns draw a pic to explan. Some looked the same slim like the males. I got one of the ones with the bulge (prettiest one) Is it cause there full of eggs. But the have been alone in the cups not even 2 feet away from the males. All the females came in the same day and have just come yesturday to the store so its probably not cause there better feed. Help me out im confused. 
Its not letting me draw it out but heres a pic of my female. See how the abdemin is distended. The other females except 1 other didnt have that they looked like a males body. And im sure they were females they had it writen on each cup.
