Yes it is, I siliconed it together so the "cone" part stays in place. I found that the BGK likes to eat the worms this way. It keeps the worms in one place with out the other fish getting to then so the BGK has some where to feed. It comes away with a big fat belly and happy. The other fish in the tank pick up the left overs as they float around the tank. I hope these images help you out BOD, sorry it took so long posting them but finals took alot of my time.

how do the worms stay in the feeder i guess would be my question lol...because theyre all balled up they don't fall out?

Abstract - I use small chunks of freeze dried tubiflex worms, they float so they stay up in the cone. The BGK dosen't leave them in there long enough for them to get water logged and sink, if they do, the plecos are quick to pick up the pieces on the bottom.
