Enjoy! Miagi

I bought 3 cories, and one died within 2 days, why unknown, then another got dropsy, which i have had only once 3 years ago. So im just trying to save the poor buger. He is coming around though! And i turned the temps down for the cories and my other fish dont like that much! :p

Thanks for the kind words!

Yes, a great improvement! Im amazed actually! He was pretty bad when i started, but he has come around remarkably!

That tank is awesome, you doubt yourself too much. You've got the 3-dimensional display down well. The tank is very green. Looks like there's a green backround, pic is shopped for color or you've got a serious algae bloom. I'm assuming it's one of the first two. ;)

Anyway, perhaps adding a red plant, such as tiger lotus, might add a new dynamic to the tank. It could be in front of the driftwood on the left. Then you could add an anubias nana grove in the front right corner to compensate for the space there. IMO that would make the tank stellar. Although it looks great just as it is. I've added a pic for you to see what I'm talking about:

They are awsome ideas! And i thankyou very much for your complements! :*)

Its actually non of the 3 reasons you assumed! :D I am treating the tank with meds for an ill cory at the moment! I am after a black background however. :p

I like your ideas, and funly enough, thought and acted the same way. I bought 2 red plants, put they died, so they are either non aquatic or i dont have enough light. I did have that right corner palnted, but there is a big rock there i wanna keep, and when i re-did the tank layout a few weeks ago, i moved them to the left hand side!

Im going to an lfs this weekend, so will see what i can do! I do have an anubias plant in the front left, next to the terracota pot! Im unsure what species though.

This is what it looks like without the meds and planted to the right.
