What is the best way to get rid of red wash. Can it be done in 1 generation?

Red wash is hard to get rid of from what I understand. And you also have to realize that out of 100 fry you'll get maybe 5 clean bodied ones. From there you breed the cleanest. Light bodied fish are a lot of work,I would recommend you go with a darker fish to breed. But that's just me
