The grey spotty one is a Leporacanthicus joselimai and the smaller brown one is a female (I think) Bristlenose.

Wet wet wet, do you own a golden nugget (the pic next to your name)? I bought one a few weeks ago. I find it to be nocturnal at the moment and it doesn't seem to eat a lot but it does look cool.

I went to the website planet catfish to try to sex the grey one and it said that Adult males have a much longer and broader head with small odontodes on the side of the head, more odontodes on the pectoral fin spine and on the whole body, a bigger dorsal fin and normally a prettier colouration.

Well Ive no idea whether its male or female?!

Did you do this via Adode Photoshop 7. I have it but don't really know how to use it so any tips would be greatly appreciated.

If I was at home or at my office in miami, yes it would be Ps 7.0, but I am at the compay warehouse in hialeah so it was a quick ms photo editor job. not nearly as good as what I can do with PS 7.0 CLICK HERE FOR A SAMPLE

Can you recommend any books on using Photoshop 7 or did you just learn via help and trial and error?

I've been playing with photoshop since beta version .9. my mother is a Graphics Artist for 40 years now and worked with Adobe to help pioneer the software. Sorry, m8 no book to recomend. just many years of trial, error, and long distance calls to mum for help
