:D Dude whatever you do DONT GET RID OF THE DUB.

Worst mistake i ever made and i still miss mine. Sometimes tempermental but always a joy to drive, and of course every one looks at a dub, and yours looks lovely.

What shows you off to? Bug Jam?
 
thats a wicked lil bug u got there...it's awasome..i havva restoration vw van...it's really cool...and not too much work to be done...but i dunno how much id drive it..lol. :D :D i luv the colour :wub:

It is funny coming home from the states... the size of the plate is the first thing i notice when i hit the roads again!

Its just to the cameras can see them better :)
 
Nice looking Beetle! B) Looking at the pics makes me want one.

I like the original look, it looks nice just as it is, I don't know if I would do any radical customizing. Some polished Empi or Porsche rims would look nice. I really like the look of European plates on old European cars, it looks classy.


I've had about 20 VW's. My first car was a 69 Beetle that I got when I was 16. I completely customized it with lowered suspension, shaved trim, Empi 8 spokes. It was a sweet ride. ;)
 
The latest pics - I've fitted the car with a Zoom Tube tailpipe to give it a more rorty exhaust note! Myself and the car are now involved in the local VW scene, and will be attending lots of the shows this year!

Not forgetting the front....missed a bit when I washed it though - those bumpers make getting the grime off of the front valance tricky!
