dojo loach trapped in pot

the loach got himself into a hole he could not get out of. I put a pot into his tank yesteday, sometime this morning he swan into the hole in the bottom of it. Had to break the pot to get him out, he now has a bad scrape which I'm now treating, hopefully no permant damage.
Was kind of funny to see @ first till I realized it was trapped.

i had a clown loach that did that, really stressed the poor little guy out, now i enlarge all the holes before i put the pots in

at least you did the sensible thing and broke the pot

I've read on here - others that didnt want to break their ornaments

When will fish learn to judge their own size

Good luck - hope it pulls through ok
