This pond was made entirely of real rocks and stones found locally in our area. (Completed on the date shown)Mrs. Dragon is the gardener in our family. She's has planned, constructed by herself our entire garden which was unused wasteland when we moved here 2 yeas ago. The garden is 100 feet long by around 40 feet wide. I'll put a few more pics up if anyones interested. The soil showing to the left of the picture will be a circular ornemental lawn.

Sweet, your missus has done a nice job, makes mine look a little worse for wear :*) We cut the grass a week or so back :fun: took a while i can tell ya and we have a small garden lol

Looks great, Dragon!!

Wish I had room for a pond, but then I wouldn't have time to sit and enjoy it so I guess it's just as well!!

Wow! It looks great!! B) :*

I wonder how much time n energy Mrs. Dragon has spent on the garden?! It's absoultely beautiful!

But I'm always afraid that there'd be more n more mosquitoes around ponds

beautiful pond and garden. Mrs. dragon has created a lovely landscape. it must be very nice to sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery. I would love a pond but live in an apartment, so not an option yet

I esp. like that flower-tree thing in the back..breaks it up real nice.

Thanks everybody for your lovely comments, which I have duly passed onto my wife. Like a typical bloke I enjoy the labours of my wife's hard work. Nothing better than coming home after a hard days work, open a bottle of beer or wine and sit and relax with a bar-be smouldering in the background.
Courtesy of Mrs. Dragon. What a hard life I have eh!

Awesome!! I am also a gardener, but not on that scale. My husband is talking about putting a small pond in a shaded area in the back of our lot. It would have to be pretty small, though. Your wife is a real artist with landscape. You are a lucky man, Dragon!
