Bichir Bumps

Im just wondering if anyone knows what these bumps are on my bichirs side. Theres 3 of them and they are little raised bumps that are a little darker color than its skin. See photo for more details although i dont think you can see much in it. Any help or suggestions on what to do would be much appreciated. !

i've seen that kind of bumps! and in the looks of it! i think its not normal! well gud luk!
