oh he's so cute i used to have a red eared slider too it was a baby and by the looks of squirt he is a baby too, am i correct? and when did u get him/her? cute turtles, cool name, squirt, lol

Thnx... We've had Squirt for about 4 months...my dad actually found him trying to get inside the door of his workplace... so he saved him and brought him to me. It's hard to find a baby RES in the shops... they're selling 5 & 6" ones... but no babies... I'd like to get him a playmate eventually. About the name... he had no name for the longest time... and we took out little ones to see Finding Nemo a couple of weeks ago... and Squirt is the baby of Crush the turtle... so we decided on Squirt. For the longest my 4 year old was trying to decide between Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michaelangelo... I think Squirt is cute.
