Is the white neon (pictured in the centre of the bottom picture Wolf) always white? Does it regain any colour? If so, when?

It could be an albino fish?

It Is Always White.

It has Blue Eyes and the Blue Neon Line

it is possible that it is a diomand head neon tetra. they are white with a little red on them, or a priscilla tetra. they come in a whitish color as well as a gold color.

I doubt it is NTD. Might be one of the colour variants of the neon.
