180g bichir tank (in progress)

Aren't you worried that the P. endlicheri endlicheri will grow to large compared to the others and eat em??
Their growth slows fown significantly after a while. It would take years to get a 30" endi. They all chill together, no problems yet.
Thats pretty cheap compared to over here in UK. There's a shop not to local from me and that had a triguis cat up for £1200 strange thing is I'm tempted!! It was bascially fully grown at about 15-18"
1200 pounds... $2731.94 CAD... dude, not worth it. Find a smaller size and grow it. 15"-18" still got another 1/2 foot to grow, if not more.
Largest tigrinis on WW is 26".

Yeah thats what I want to do, seena few for couple hundred not local though.

Damn could of got a P. endlicheri endlicheri when i saw them!!

Good luck with them all, beat you go through a bit of food!!

What filtration have you running on there?

For now i have an XP2, XP3 and an AC500 running. I had to set the tank up before i got the W/D set up. The W/Ds still in progress.
Food-wise, i rotate between a lot of fish and pellets and bugs. I guess i go through a moderate amount of food.

A shot with some decor

And i added a green asian arowana. Couldn't help myself.... :)

I'm already thinking i'm going to redecorate...
I'm going to add more driftwood....

I was going for the simple look, but it doens't give my bichirs enough places to hide.
