hmmm -_- Good question! I'm going to guesstimate around 5 months old. It takes so long for a plakat to reach its full potential. I think they'll be grand by the time show season starts :hyper:

Oh your reds are so beautifull, :wub: the DT...gah San was a red like that...I'm glad they changed your outlook, those reds and DT's are fiesty little critters!
 
wow did any of them come out orange? i think they look a little orangier than dad was.

Yeah, I got more females than males actually. Over all I have around 40 DT's, about 15-20 males 25ish female. I haven't really counted the girls but I know there's lots of them.

Nope. No orange. Just marbles,solids and cambos. I have a handful of freaks like these..

wow thats alot of dts from parents who dont express the trait, betta genetics are so mysterious. i like the freaks tho :D

Omgosh I will once again say that the orange spawn is the greatest ever. Not only are they amazing, but they throw babies like these, just incredible :hyper: Ya know I'm digging the last two :p
