I have a snail in my 28 gallon tank that likes to hang out on the powerhead near the output. It will stay there until it gets launched clear across the tank and it will return and do the same thing. This happens like 1-3 times a day if you catch it in the act. I can tell its the same snail.

Maybe he wants to be the next superhero. If he keeps it up I should find a "safe" paint and color his shell in a superman uniform

I will try to record a video for you guys.

I would paint him "Safety Orange" so no one gets an eye taken out.

I just want to know how he manages to keep him self the right way up when he lands.

how amazing i was sitting there looking at my fish and guess what, this snail jumped in my tank sat on the power head then flew off i just managed to get a pic

if he were that strong id be afraid to be any where near him. catching him, painful. breaking the tank, painful on my wallet.
