grown up guppy

anyone know what kind of guppy this is? (I'm not good in the genetics stuff, but I would like to know if this is any good...)

does anyone know of good sites about guppy genetics?
I think it must be very interesting, I'm wondering how the fry grow to be these colours, when the parents don't look like them...
and now in my newest fry, I get all red tails with yellow shine...
