I haven't posted a pic of my puffer yet......also got a Canon EOS 300D for xmas so thought perfect opportunity.... :D

Don't hold your breath waiting - palambangs are incredibly slow growers. He really is a tiny fella though lol.

Unfortunately, they become more reclusive as they age and they don't like to travel very far for food (more than a couple of inches hehe).

Great little characters though, they really make you smile. :D

AWWW, is the puufer aka a dragon puffer? is a 55 gallon enough to house them? i saw them once for $15 and he was 4 inch -_-

Yup, it is also known as the dragon puffer. A 55 gallon should suit a full-size one or perhaps two. As they are not very active you can get away with less room than for many other puffers of a similiar size.
 
Also called Humpback puffers & King Kong Puffers.

One of the cutest in my opinion!

I am tempted to go back to the store and get his friends but were really short on tank space at the moment..!! I have way too many need to get rid of some :p
 
Gunna update the photos of my puffers...!1 :p

Here is a picture of the Palembangs tank at the moment......got an order of plants coming from java though hope to fill it out soon....any aquascaping advice?? :thumbs:

:p Introducing my new puffer.....my Green Spotted puff! Tou can see how small he is because he is next to the top of a heater there!!
