Ich or not? Never seen this before

Well, I believe I've identified whats been killing off my mollies.

Its a disease but I don't know if its Ich or something else.

This fish started showing symptoms last night, today shes far bit worse. Shes having problems swimming. She has a large white spot on her anal fin and she has what looks like a white ball hanging from her side? Is this a burst cyst?

You will need to act fast and add anti internal bacteria med,can you issolate the fish if not you will have to medicate the whole tank, also add some melafix to the tank, increase aeration.

Is it Ich?

I've added:
Ich Guard
Salt
Increased Air
Higher Temp

got any clearer pics looks like some type of fungus to me

try adding melafix it could help that

No it's not itch, feel the white ball to see if you can tell if it has fluid in it, if it has you will need anti internal bacteria med.
