I think it's Mondo Grass I bought this a few days ago and I think Petco just puts terrarium plants in water and sells them as aquatic plants to people like me who don't know any better.
*sigh*

I think Mondo Grass is shorter. Might be Sagittaria subulata. Mine is much higher then when this picture was taken.

Joy! I told someone "narrow leaf dwarf sag" a few days ago but they said the leaves were too dark for sag. The next closest thing it looked like was mondo grass.
