Hey Itty I got a question,
How did you find a light to fit on such a small tank and a nano filter? Ive been looking for one for a looooooooong time for my 3 2.5 gallon (us gallons) tanks.
Man I would die to have my 3 2.5 G tanks to look that good,,,,, mine are just like......ugly :*)

Great job on the tanks   :hey: :kewlpics:  :hyper: :hyper: :D
This is an old pic of my 2.5g - these are Azoo Nano-filters from the 1-gallon candyvase tanks. I got the lightstrip from Petland Discounts. It's a 12-inch strip.

Nice Itty :D Looks awesome, and I just love Buttons  I'd say, pygmy cories or more ottos
If I could only find pygmy cories.... :(

I think it looks great.

The bushy plant looks like Hornworth:

or

I think it could be the first variety of Hornworth, but the 2nd pic on plantgeek is awful, so it's hard to tell.

I have some, and I've given up planting it. The bottom part sheds too much.
After I started floating it in a well lit tank, it grew so fast I was throwing out a clump a week.

It could also be a Cabomba, But I'm leaning towards the hornworth.
Here's a Cabomba:

I can usually find them at one of three places. You wouldn't be planning a trip to Seattle, would you? :p

I don't know if this helps, but the Drs. Foster & Smith site carries both items
(though the strip light seems kind of expensive, IMO.)
12" Strip Light
Azoo Palm Filter (I *think* that's the right one??)

And Itty -- that tank looks AWESOME! I'm jealous. ;)

Thanks itty! :hyper:
I have a Shelf that looks like:

The clearance between the top of the shelve and the tank is like an inch.... :X
What i might have to do is make a custom LED fixture of the top and a external filter
Your tank gave me alot of ideas thats so much! :fish: :book:

I have such a small room i have to make shelves and more shelves lol
My room is like...the size of some modern day bathrooms

Ill have to send you a picture once i get a dig.camera. oops dont meen to hijack your thread :*)

Thank you so much!! :D

Great cave. Did you buy that? Fits in so perfectly!!! :)
Yeah, I bought that. I was wondering if was going to be too big (half the tank floor or what have you) but luckily it only takes up a nice 1/3 across.

I herd you can make caves like that with slate and tank sealent :D

Might be a $$$$ saver
