its just a marine background i just left it on there from when my marine fish where in it, luckily the rocks all but cover the coral etc

thanks sasha one thing is definite i would never give my malawis up they have to be my all time fav fish

not painted its just a marine/coral background and the water at the top of the background has a ripple effect, i am changing it actually my lfs has just started stocking mirrored background and that looks awesome

A A thanks i am going to be really ignorant now and ask which one is the venetus? i inherited these fish as someone was not looking after them properly and i didnt want to see them die and i am finding it really hard to id the species in the tank and sex them.
