the rams look GREAT! i can never get good pics of mine like that. must be the lighting.

Nice Ram, I have not had much success with them, what's your secret 
Thats the first one ive had so not an expert but do look after my fish
I waited till the tank was quite mature ateast 6 months old before adding the ram.
The ammonia nitrite and nitrate are all 0 and i do regular water changes twice a week
Ive learnt they dont really so do well with alot of other fish at feeding times, he hangs back alot and does always get his fair share.
The last month he'd really coloured up with feeding alot of frozen food and live food which he prefers, doesnt really liek flake very much, im finding a nice female for him, they should do well together in a 20 gallon along a few tetras and maybe a pair of honey gourami
