It would made it a lot easier if this stupid driftwood didn't have the rock plate underneath. I had to rip out so much grass (I know, it's hard to tell). Anyways, here is the before picture, nice and clear

Here's the after... Please, any positive/negative feedback would be appreciated, it's still not too late to take it out and put the grass back... Thanks

edit: I'll take a new picture when it clears, and the grass was cut right before the "after" picture so I could see more of the wood

edit2: this was supposed to be posted in member pictures so I'll just duplicate it, sorry

Well I think you needed the wood to break the overwhelming growth of you grass..

From the second pic your tank has better depth, but the grass is still overgrown a bit.. but that just me..

before and after is both a view of a very nice tank

Konrad, can you PM me the best choice of filtration and that for a 15 and 10 gallon planted? I wanna make them both fully planted, so ya...
Sean

thanks -silly me- , it's going to be tough but I decided that the grass is gonna go and I'm going to upgrade to compact fluorescent lighting so that I can grow nice hair grass. Thanks for comment.
