I got my first Killies!

Sorry for the bad pic but these suckers move when they want to. Absoultely fantastic fish. They are so mellow and friendly. These two have already paired off. I am hoping to see some eggs in java moss soon =)

There is a lot to love about killifish! Looks like you have a fine pair there. What are your plans for all the fry?

They are Called Glolden Wonders/Panchax.

They Look Lovely and Pair up Easily, 1 Thing I should POint OUt from Experience.

Dont Mix small fish with them, the female gets big and they have deceptively small looking Mouths.

I put those two in my plant tank. Currently I am growing a loating matt of riccia and have a nice large mass of java moss as well. I figure the java will be a great place for fry and the riccia gives them a nice homey feeling. they really just hang out at the top, under the riccia. Nothing seems to bother them. I fed them some brine shrimp tonight- the male was a real pig =)
