so the bell's in the top left corner i pressume?
The light set-up makes me a bit nervous. (I'm an electrician, by the way 
) I would have a piece of glass, or plexi glass covering the entire light area. There are alot of exposed areas where water vapors could visit.

yes its on the top left corner
c02 bells are used to add c02 into a planted tank.
and i think your right, i will cover my tank with glass so the wires dont give me a big problem in the future. and btw the shocking story is really really funny. But i did it once but not with my tank, i fogot to dry my hands and plugged something in hahaha
