Hi,

Here is a picture of my small Tropiquarium 55.

It holds -

1 Zebra Danio
1 Cherry Barb
8 Neon Tetra
2 Gold Tetra
1 Peppered Cory
2 Oto's
1 Male Guppy

I had 2 plants from my lfs. I think that they are Alterathera and Giant Hydro. Can anyone confirm this? Apologies for the quality as the pics are from my camera phone!

Nice to see you've finished the tank before your house ;)

Looks good, Although If I could make a suggestion it would be to give the cherry barb, gold tetra and danio back to the fish shop, and get 3 or 4 more corys instead.

Just my 2p :)

Tetras, Danios, and I think Cherry Barbs, all like to be in groups, as do Corys. They're all much happier in groups. If you have room, get more of each of 'em! Yay, more fish! If not, I'd suggest doing something like Bunji suggested - take all but one of those varieties back and get more of the one you kept.

Nice looking tanks, plants, and stand

Hi,

konrad05 - The tank is 40L (8.79877 Gallons (British) /10.5669 Gallons (US) )

No idea what the numbers mean as they don't seem to correlate with anything! :)

bunjiweb/lizard - Thanks a lot. The tank was given to me by my brother nearly 2 years ago when he became more interested in his parrots  (hence the size as I would have realised I would have wanted something larger at the start!! :D ). Anyway, he had it for 2 years before that. The Cory and the barb were in it from the start and the danio was there a year after. So those old soldiers cant go back! The plan when I get a bigger tank is to get more of the Corys and perhaps a couple more danios - Not so much bothered about the barb. The gold tetras also came from my brother and I don't particularly like them so I will keep them all on until they go their natural way

I have got my priorities correct!!! :D

shrimpster97 - Thanks a lot.

Ok, my previous pics were a month or so old. Last weekend I decided to create more plants by pruning!! :)
