Help Identifying

Hello all, just asking for a little help identifying these two plants. I think the one at the top is some sort of moss but I'm not sure and the other one, here they call it "liston" which means ribbon and apparently it's a suitable "aquatic" plant. Any ideas?

The bottom one looks like this Sanderina (dracena sanderina) or this Wheat Plant (chlorophytum biehetii).

More like the first one I think...could be completely wrong though cos I'm no plant expert!
