They only cost 2 danios, 2 rams, and possibly my ottos  But everyone else is better :D My honey gouramis, which were the first fish for this tank, made it alive and better than ever :hooray: The water is tinged from the levimasole :)

Sorry for the bad quality, these guys move around investigating things too fast for me to catch :p

After my bichirs get out of quarantine, I'm going to restock :) 3 more danios, some ottos, 2 more H&T light tetras, and maybe some clown loaches.
On a side note, Mr.B, my badis siamensis, and center of focus for the tank, is still recovering from the worms, even though they are dead  I hope his intestines gt better -_-

Aw well done, I'm glad to hear you defeated the...uhh...whatever they were. ;)

No seriously, good job. The tank's looking great and those are brilliant tetra pics - how did you get them so clear? My tetra photos always come out blurry cos tehy won't stay still!

I washed the glass, and my serpaes are just strange :) :( :p I had to have my dad order the medicine (directed for used of cattle and sheep  ) because it was the only way to get rid of the worms (they leech into the fish's digestive tract and suck their blood until :rip:  Thanks :D

oh my  i bet those workms didnt know what had hit them! how did you go about working out the fish tank dosage for something designed for sheep and cattle? (just out of curiosity...!)

He did a little on line research as well as getting some good advice from other forum members [ one member posted a link , I'll ask dwarfs to post it for you if you like ].

He had to treat every tank we own to boot [ like 12 ], nets and things get from one tank to the next .

I'm very proud , because he did it mostly on his own [ he's 13 years old ], He figured the dosage and with the help of his mom a registered nurse they administered the medication .

These things were the worst thing I've ever come across in over 30 years of keeping fish as far as getting rid of them. Nothing available in pet stores for treatment .
This treatment seems to have worked very quickly compared to other illness treatments .
The meds came in a package , just a powdery substance inside .

Yeah, this stuff worked almost overnight  I feel bad for those worms...yeah right :p My mom helped with the dosage, which I felt wasn't strong enough, so I upped it to about 2.5 teaspoons per 55 gallons. Apparently it only harms worms so slight overdoces don't harm fish or plants :) It's a miracle med
