After losing my other 6 angels and some neons and cories to a very belatedly discovered nitrate spike (stupid faulty test strips!!), I have finally gotten my tank back up and running I was a bit worried about keeping 2 male gouramies AND keeping gouramies with angels, but everything is going really well. When I first put the angels in, the blue gourami kept touching the angels with his feelers (pelvic fins, I know ) but now they all just swim around together - and Nosy Nellie my ram

I am so happy everything seems to be settling down in there and these are the fish I want to have for a LONG time!

Whole tank shot. When I made my 10g a SW tank, I moved all the plants and some of the terra cotta pots into the 46...

There are 3 marbles - some with more gold than others. Here's one of them.

This picture isn't the greatest, but this gold angel has the coolest reddish/pinkish tinge to its head and the front of its dorsal fin. Very hard to get a decent picture of!

This last angel is the hardest to get a picture of b/c its so dark. I LOVE its colors though... Its pelvic fins glint coppery in just the right light The lfs offered to throw another one of these in the bag for free for me and now I wish I'd taken him up on it

Your angelfish and gouramis are so cute! I love the little marble angelfish!

After my tank settles down, I'm going to get a couple angelfish!

Thanks Sarah! I actually got it at PetSmart! It was a little pricey, but was just what I was looking for so I got it anyway

The angels are all doing well. After losing the other 6, I've been doing a daily head count first thing in the morning to make sure they're all OK
