:p For any new large cichlid owners, don't bother with plant placement. Sunny turned my evenly spread plants into a ball of them, to stop the filter current from being to strong -_-

He's a bad apple. I picked the evil severum out of 30 good ones. He is Mo's killer. He scared Mo out of the tank. He only looks beautiful :/

All the Geo does, is, even more than sift gravel, to fight with the Rainbow.
He even Snuck into her (rainbow's) shot

 My favorite pic of Big mo. I'm glad I have so many to remember him with. From when I got him, to days before he died -_-

Hey Dwarfs Is this the same fish as Mo, He was netted when I got grans New Bettas and the Lfs Guy had a hard time getting him out of the bag so i bought him home.

Oh great!!! :hyper: You'll grow to love your Mogurnda mogurnda, as I did. Just be aware that they eat a lot, and will not hesitate to gulp down other fish. Especially thin, stringlike fish :D Yours looks about in the 2-4 inch range, right?

Does he look like this? This is little Mo :)

sorry to hear of your loss.
Mo is cool. what kind of fish is he?? gobee? and how large of a tank and stuff
is sunny the sevrum?
i like the geo surnamis, i have one that is going into my 55 gal with a sengalis bichir, and 2 iridescent sharks that are stunted :( .
i put my suranamis in a temperary holding tank, 15 gal. then she (ithink) made a large grove in the gravel or pit, i dont know what it is.
and how big are your tanks?

55g
3 pictus cats
1 Purple spotted gudgeon-That's what mo was
1 Gold severum
1 Rainbow cichlid
1 Surinam geo
1 Ropefish
1 African butterfly fish

The Geos are natural diggers, get 9 or so inches long, and can be very friendly, to you anyway. Your tank sounds great for a geo, just be sure the gravel isn't to big for her to choke on ;) Never happened to mine, but my ram (close relative) almost did

wow you responded quickly, im in IRC chat now
and i was wondering if i could get a mo fish too.
so cool!!!
your 55 gal sounds real nice. you think i could get another geo too?
how much are the mo fish? and what type of water do they need? hard? soft?
and my gravel is pretty big too, maybe i could just put some smaller gravel over it. but it cant fit in her mouth, and she was in that tank b4 and never choked. my friends geo died of choking :(
MO IS COOL

She'll get bigger though :D I got my Purple spotted gudgeon for $20, and they aren't too picky about water params really :D Another geo sounds fine too :)
