Breeding Pair of Discus!

Awesome looking pair Dude.... I hope everything works out for your breeding plans.... I'm going to try breeding DIscus someday as right now i'm too busy to do a lot of WC.... Anyways I have the same strain discus as you, I they are called Ocean green or green Diamond....here's a pic of my 5" discus....

Gorgeous fish. You'll really be getting your money's worth if they breed multiple times, because you can always sell the offspring. I have a beautiful 8" breeding pair at my LFS that are $200 for the pair. Although I have discus, I don't want to get into breeding just yet so it'll have to wait.

I have the money right now for everything but I have to wait till the end of the month so I know ill have money left over for the car payment. The only problem is that Ryan the guy who is selling them seems to be having second thoughts about selling them. Even if he dosnt sell them im still going to look for another breeding pair from him or someone else.

They are gorgeous! Im looking at purchasing 2-3 discus in a month....and i've been researching prices and Ive seen those up to $350 each! I guess I should start saving now!
